Tracking down every broadcast tower on Pandora requires patience, observation, and solid platforming skills. The Cathedral of the Twin Gods area holds one of the trickiest Crimson Radio crew challenges due to its verticality and hidden climbing route. Vault Hunters looking to silence the Children of the Vault propaganda will need to navigate specific environmental obstacles to reach the top transmitter.
Locating the Broadcast Base
Finding the broadcast tower begins by navigating toward the middle portion of the Cathedral of the Twin Gods map on Pandora. Players should look for a nearby Catch-A-Ride station that serves as an essential landmark for the challenge. Directly behind or adjacent to this vehicle station sits a large structure made of stacked shipping containers and industrial scaffolding.
Before attempting to climb, clear out nearby Children of the Vault enemies to prevent ranged attacks from knocking your character off narrow ledges. Taking time to survey the base of the tower will help you identify the starting point for your climb. Look closely for yellow paint splashes or metal plating that indicate interactable vaulting spots.
Navigating the Climbing Route
To begin the ascension, jump onto the lower gray shipping container featuring a heap of scrap metal attached to its side. From this initial platform, use the angled metal sheeting to vault up onto the upper platform level. Follow the walkway to its edge, then turn toward the ladder or higher platform to continue gaining elevation.
Once on the higher floor, position your character near the edge to spot a series of narrow metal braces and pipes protruding from the wall. Sprint and double-jump across the gap to land cleanly on the horizontal section of the pipe. Careful movement is necessary here, as walking off the edge will force you to restart the entire climb from the ground.
Reaching the Radio Transmitter
From the horizontal pipe, align your crosshairs toward the platform holding the broadcasting equipment. Execute a final jump or mantle maneuver to grab the ledge directly beneath the radio array. Once your character pulls themselves up, walk up to the control panel to initiate the sabotage action.
Interacting with the console silences the cult broadcast and turns control over to Moxxi and the Crimson Raiders. Completing this crew challenge rewards players with valuable Experience Points, cash, and Eridium currency. Silencing all broadcast towers across Pandora also contributes toward earning unique cosmetic rewards sent directly to your in-game mailbox.
Tips for Tricky Platforming Jumps
If you find yourself repeatedly missing the pipe jumps, adjust your field of view or character movement speed. Utilizing sprint-jumping while looking slightly upward helps maximize your mantle range on higher ledges. Taking a slow, methodical approach prevents accidental falls and speeds up overall completion time.
